SB Sets

We offer SB sets for non-preloaded connections according to EN 15048. They are available directly from the stock, in the M10-M30 range.

We recommend assembling our sets using controlled torques, the values of which are given in our manual (available here: PL EN DE IT FR).

Assembly following the recommendations significantly increases the self-lock of the bolt. It reduces the risk of the kits loosening. Precise assembly guidelines improve the work and increase the repeatability of the assembly, thus increasing the safety of the connection.

The recommended torques were determined using a Kistler machine. Strict requirements for sets were adopted in the tests. Among others, the yield point and maximum clamping force of the bolt connection were examined, as well as strength to elongation through the use of a high value of additional rotation angle.

Products of the ŁFS meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products.
