Sustainable development in 2022
According to Koelner Rawlplug, a business should not only be profitable but also responsible. Following this philosophy, we are happy to announce that we have published another Sustainability Report in our history. This interactive publication describes our activity in 2022 and how it was rooted in the sustainable development strategy (ESG).
Our sustainable development strategy is based on three interconnected values: care for the environment (E), social responsibility (S) and the highest standards of corporate governance (G).
Our most important achievements in the field of sustainable development in 2022 include:
- Reducing carbon dioxide emissions in the Łańcut Factory by 4.4% compared to 2021
- Reducing natural gas consumption in the Łańcut Factory by 223 918 m³ compared to the previous year
- Installation of an additional 6,440 m² of new PV installations around our production facilities.
To maintain the highest quality of our report, we presented the data in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standard. It is an international model for reporting economic, environmental, and social aspects of the organisation’s functioning.
