Koelner Rawplug factory in Łańcut offers HV high-strength structural bolting assemblies for preloading, in accordance with the requirements of EN 14399 and EN 1090-2. Our HV sets are one of the fastest-developing products in our sales portfolio and are widely recognized for their high quality and reliability. They are available directly from stock, in the M12 – M36 range.
100% product identification
The high quality of Łańcut Factory HV sets partly results from the strictly controlled production processes. To guarantee full traceability and reliability of the manufactured parts, we use an individually tailored ERP system to monitor the production process in real-time, as well as trace and record its full history. Full identifiability of every production batch is maintained, along with features such as the heat number and a record of the heat treatment process.
High-quality materials & automotive industry experience
We can easily identify the steel grade and heat number used in production. The wire rod is supplied only from the most reputable steel mills in Europe. This guarantees that our strict requirements for high-quality materials are met. As a result, we can flawlessly carry out the heat treatment process – one of the most important processes for mechanical properties in the production of high-strength HV bolts. From the very beginning of this project, we utilized our experience from the automotive industry and implemented the same standards and quality in the steel construction field. For example, the heat treatment process is carried out following the CQI-9 standard, and the correctness of its application is confirmed by the approval of Łańcut Factory to the elite group of Volkswagen suppliers. The hot-dip galvanization process is conducted in accordance with DSV-GAV standards and ISO 10684.

To complement our offer, we provide active technical support in the challenges related to the design and assembly of steel structures. Well-equipped in-house laboratories, together with a team of dedicated engineers, make it possible to confirm process and product compliance, as well as to carry out advanced research & development work. Łańcut Factory Quality Department cooperates with a number of Universities and Research Centers.
