Growing capacity for complex parts

One of the most essential parts of our strategy is to increase capacity when it comes to producing technologically advanced elements. With constant investments, equipment modernization and new state-of-the-art machinery, we continue to broaden our production portfolio.

The machining department is not only the most modern but also the fastest-growing department of the Łańcut Factory. Thanks to the constant development of this division of the company, we continue to broaden our product portfolio of more complex and sophisticated elements and realise our goal to provide advanced solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.

This state-of-the-art production division, with a capacity of up to 10 mln pieces per year, is equipped with modern robotic machinery. The production is fully automatic, performed by custom-designed robotic arms, closed in separate “cages” for the safety of operation.

The machines perform turning, drilling, tapping, and milling operations on elements in the M5-M24 range. This department allows us to offer the customer complex products with additional processing. This way, even with complicated elements, the full production process from start to finish takes place in our factory in Łańcut.
