Installation of chamber furnaces

We are working on starting heat treatment line for heavy products. The line has been bought from REMIX company. It was built on the basis of UBQ chamber furnaces being AFC – HOLCROFT constructions.

The line includes:

• washer for removing phosphates
• chamber hardening furnace with oil bath
• intermediate washer
• tempering furnaces
• a set of shower washers for maintenance

The construction of technological line was based on latest technological achievements, meeting the most restrictive requirements of the CQI-9 specifications.

The line allows us to process heavy details, for example screws M30x240 with the weight exceeding 1,5 kg.

Thanks to this technology we can also reduce the risk of defective straightness on long screws.
